The Reset System

In This Moment

You don't have to have it together. Start where you are.

That's a lot to be carrying right now.

  • You don't have to solve all of it today — just this moment.
  • Set one thing down. Close a tab, step away from the screen for 60 seconds, let one task wait.
  • When you come back, pick one small next step. Only one.

Your body is trying to protect you. It doesn't realize you're safe.

  • Breathe out longer than you breathe in — that's what signals calm to your nervous system.
  • Name five things you can see right now. Out loud if you can.
  • You have gotten through hard moments before. This one will pass too.

Stuck doesn't mean broken. It usually means you need a different angle.

  • You don't have to move forward yet — just stop pushing against yourself.
  • Write down what's actually blocking you. Not the feelings — the facts.
  • Ask yourself: what's the smallest possible version of the next step? Start there.
About Taraneh

Built this from the
inside out.

This work didn't start in a classroom. It started in the middle of real life — the chaos, the weight of showing up for everyone else, the moments when peace felt impossible. Taraneh Lipscomb built the RESET framework because she lived the need for it first. Now she brings it to individuals, families, and organizations who are ready to stop surviving and start rebuilding.
